Manage LMS and e-learning project execution, coordinating with offshore leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Own the PMO lifecycle, maintaining dashboards, RAID logs, and resource trackers while resolving discrepancies and optimizing utilization.
Responsibilities
- Track daily task assignments and project progress, ensuring efficient execution across workstreams.
- Maintain PMO artifacts including dashboards, RAID logs, tasks, and project plans for accurate status reporting.
- Monitor remediation, validation, and QA tasks, updating test and bug trackers to highlight deliverable discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Google and Xyleme leads to prioritize tasks, address risks, and re-allocate resources based on expertise.
- Support critical activities on Evolve, Skillshop, and Xyleme platforms with hands-on technical involvement.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or LMS/CMS administration.
- Domain knowledge of LMS tools: Docebo, Degreed, and Xyleme.
- Familiarity with e-learning content standards: SCORM, xAPI, or AICC.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, or Xyleme.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or web technologies used in e-learning development.
- Proficiency with project management tools and templates, specifically Smartsheet and WBS.
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, MIS, Communications, Learning, or related field.
