Description

You will lead the implementation of large-scale workflow software applications and manage complex technical projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house and consultant development teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of software solutions.
• Define project scope, develop schedules, and monitor budgets, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or RUP methodologies.
• Manage project risks, stakeholder conflicts, and change management plans to minimize performance impacts.
• Monitor project performance metrics and generate reports regarding status, efficacy, and forecasts.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 12 years of experience overseeing medium to large-scale projects with multiple work streams.
• Proven ability to coordinate and delegate assignments for project teams of over 15 members.
• Expertise in SDLC processes and development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with MS-Project, Project Server, Jira, Primavera, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Visio.
• Strong experience in resource management, budget monitoring, and quality assurance implementation.
• Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for technical, financial, and administrative project issues.
• Experience with GIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Master's degree in a related field.
