Description

You will manage medium to large-scale projects with distinct deliverables and multiple work streams, overseeing the development of large-scale information and asset management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate assignments for project teams of over 15 members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Requesting Agency regarding status, reporting, and scope changes.
• Lead multiple work streams while estimating delivery commitments based on business requirements.
• Resolve financial, administrative, and technical issues raised by consultant staff or the Requesting Agency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience overseeing large-scale projects with multiple work streams.
• Project Management expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language and platform.
• Experience with application development environments, tools, and methodologies across multiple platforms.
• Experience in Wireless, Mobile, or Disconnected architecture/applications.
• Knowledge of GIS tools and map integration.
• Prior experience with federal, state, or local government projects.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification in Project Management.
• Master's Degree in management, engineering, or a technology-related field.
• Experience with asset management system development.
