Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and data science projects within a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of AI/ML and data-driven initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into defined project scopes, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to ensure goal alignment.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and risk assessments.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and compliance with banking regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• 4+ years of experience managing AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Deep domain knowledge in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, including NLP and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Experience driving Agile practices using Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver complex tech initiatives in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP for data and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with banking compliance frameworks such as Basel, GDPR, or AML/KYC.
