You will manage the planning and execution of complex program initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and leadership goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare senior leadership updates detailing program progress and resolve key blockers.
• Create and distribute monthly dashboard updates to track qualitative journey status.
• Lead weekly leadership calls for AMP Journeys and manage parallel testing framework (PTF) best practices.
• Own prioritization for the entire program and execute focused planning on key areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing program governance and enterprise planning.
• Proficiency in budget, funding, and capacity management oversight.
• Ability to collate data to support qualitative journey status tracking.
• Familiarity with product governance policies and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in preparing status reports for senior leadership.
