You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and reporting for multiple projects within the Investment Management Private Alternative Investments Technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, track dependencies, resolve constraints, and forecast fund usage.
• Lead organizational change by identifying and implementing process improvements across initiatives.
• Develop and execute project communications plans, facilitating meetings and presenting deliverables at tollgates.
• Prepare weekly status reports, tracking risks, open issues, and updating mitigation plans.
• Influence stakeholders and drive solution delivery by presenting complex options and facilitating decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading business and technology transformation in global financial institutions.
• Proven success managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams and tight deadlines.
• Expertise in Investment Management and/or Alternative Investments (client types, products, lifecycle, processes, systems).
• Proficiency in project artifacts like RACI governance model and establishing OKRs and KPIs.
• Experience utilizing SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Strong ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for reporting and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree.
