Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team's work plan.
• Guide the team through project lifecycle activities.
• Identify and resolve team issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Prepare and coordinate working group meetings with cross-divisional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years' experience managing programs.
• Project Manager experience.
• Experience within Financial Institutions.
• Effective communication skills across stakeholder groups.
• Ability to plan and manage individual workstreams.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
