You will manage project delivery through rigorous tracking, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support project monitoring, tracking, and facilitation to ensure successful completion.
• Analyze project costs, forecasts, and financial impacts.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently while meeting deadlines amid changing priorities.
• Coordinate efforts across System and Transmission Operations, IT, business units, finance, supply chain, and vendors.
• Prepare and deliver clear project documentation, reports, and presentations for all stakeholder levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a project or program management office (PMO) role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including cost and forecast analysis.
• Experience in an Information Technology and/or Cybersecurity environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle iProcurement, iSupplier, BI, or other Oracle-based systems.
• Experience with contract administration and budgeting.
