Description

You will drive execution for medium-to-high complexity programs, partnering with leaders to strategize, track, and facilitate delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of critical programs and work goals for complex initiatives.
• Translate strategic requirements into tangible user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable goals.
• Support and coach scrum teams, ensuring consistency across Agile ceremonies and frameworks.
• Define and oversee program risks, issues, and mitigation plans while managing scope and change.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management of medium-to-high complexity programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive results in complex environments.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and remote/distributed teams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated business acumen.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting the transition from project-based to product-based delivery.
• Ability to partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering to ensure requirements are met.
