Manage and execute the EAM CI Six Sigma Program, acting as a technical advisor for launched projects across agencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the EAM Six Sigma Training Program through 1-to-1 mentorship sessions.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and PMO reporting for all launched Six Sigma projects.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis, value stream mapping, and Kaizen team sessions to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Create, update, and audit documentation to ensure adherence to standardized work and establish KPIs.
• Review process models and organizational charts, facilitating remediation of modeling issues with SMEs.

Required Skills

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling and management.
• Proficiency with MS Visio for business process mapping using BPMN standards.
• Expertise in conducting root-cause analysis and value stream mapping.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing SharePoint (version 2010 or higher) and Microsoft Project (version 2010 or higher).
• Ability to apply statistical methods and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Basic knowledge of public mass transit assets and operations.
