Description

You will manage internal IT and enterprise application projects within the IT Design team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of internal IT projects, including hardware/software rollouts, endpoint provisioning, and onboarding automation.
• Coordinate across Design Support, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications teams to drive milestones and remove blockers.
• Manage project timelines and dependencies using Jira and Clarity PPM.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence.
• Handle tracking, reporting, risk management, and sprint planning documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting IT infrastructure, systems deployment, or enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with technical and vendor teams.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Clarity PPM.
• Experience with hardware/software rollouts and endpoint provisioning.
• Strong communication and organization skills for reporting to leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with endpoint management, VDI solutions, MFA setup (e.g., DUO), and Azure AD.
