You will manage complex, cross-functional automotive manufacturing projects and lead vendor operations for China-based sites.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional projects within the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Lead vendor management and operations for China-based manufacturing sites.
• Present project status, risks, and executive summaries to VP-level stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-demand global environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
• Minimum 8 years managing China-based manufacturing operations and vendor management.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering executive summaries and presentations.
• Proven ability to stand up to executives and clearly articulate status and risks.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with battery pack assembly, validation processes, or automotive homologation requirements.
• Experience with assembly equipment integrators.
