Responsibilities

• Drive technology projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with investment, quant, and technology teams to define and document requirements.
• Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, and provide status updates to senior management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present project updates to various departments and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of project management experience in financial services, specifically asset management.
• Proven track record of managing technology-driven projects.
• Deep understanding of investment management processes and fixed income.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI certification or equivalent project management training.
• Experience with portfolio management systems or financial technology tools.
• Knowledge of fixed income and investment technology solutions.
