Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale data migration and platform modernization initiatives. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, execution, and governance across onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, migration roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and design gaps, and define mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in technical project or delivery management.
• Hands-on background as a Developer or Technical Lead prior to project management.
• Strong expertise in data engineering, infrastructure management, and data architecture.
• Proven experience leading data migrations, platform buildouts, and data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of ETL frameworks, orchestration, and streaming data services.
• Proficiency in agile delivery, sprint planning, and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Prior exposure to data modernization or transformation programs.
