Description

You will manage enterprise-wide technical, data, and strategy-related initiatives within a large matrixed environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross-functional technical and business projects from inception to completion.
• Establish and maintain project scope, schedules, resource alignment, and budgets.
• Lead project teams and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Create and maintain project artifacts including Charters, RAID logs, CBAs, and status reports.
• Facilitate organizational change management and serve as a liaison between Technology and Corporate groups.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of project and program management experience using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record managing both Infrastructure and Systems Implementation projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, and SmartSheet.
• Expertise in MS productivity suite including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience using PowerBI for data visualization and analytics.
• Strong technical understanding to identify project activities and coach teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Background in strategic management or consulting (Big 5 or equivalent).
• MBA, PMP, and/or Agile certifications.
• Experience within large-scale financial or insurance institutions.
