Description

You will manage assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities including project estimate reviews, value engineering, and construction schedule formulation.
• Manage subcontractors, purchase materials, and write subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and ASI documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, labor cost codes, and manpower loading in coordination with field superintendents.
• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining professional relationships and managing monthly billing and payments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, profitability, and cost forecasting.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in construction scheduling and manpower loading.
• Ability to interpret design documents, project plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency in processing change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Experience training and developing Assistant Project Managers.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills for project files.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with quality control inspections and monthly schedule updates.
