You own end-to-end project management from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Tower ZTD projects.
• Ensure compliance with ZTD Tower PMO governance, methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Collaborate with the ZTD Tower PMO to maintain alignment with program standards.
• Select and apply appropriate project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations for successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall project management experience.
• Strong expertise in Project Management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Scrum Master certification or experience.
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Experience with ZTD Tower PMO governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills.
