You will manage complex projects within the banking, payments, or lending sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for banking, payments, or lending initiatives.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Define and document client requirements to ensure delivery alignment.
• Drive stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies to maintain delivery velocity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Mandatory experience in Banking, Payments, or Lending domains.
• Proven expertise in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Experience in project planning and budgeting.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and client requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
