Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, coordinating between clients, management, and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client briefs and project requests to assess risks, opportunities, and deliverables.
• Develop project goals, development plans, and success metrics for Salesforce implementations.
• Manage technical teams of developers and consultants, ensuring work adheres to Salesforce best-design principles.
• Liaise with clients regarding timelines, costs, and objectives as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular project meetings and mentor team members to achieve defined outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Experience managing technical teams of developers and consultants.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage project timelines, costs, and objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree in business management, project management, or a related field.
