You will manage technical migration projects within the healthcare payroll domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical migration projects through all phases, including planning, execution, validation, and production delivery.
• Manage customer-facing meetings and provide weekly updates to external stakeholders.
• Document project milestones and formalize agreements between internal and external parties.
• Navigate technical complexities such as database backups, data validation processes, and distinguishing core features from customizations.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure workflow continuity and successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience in healthcare payroll operations.
• Deep understanding of payroll workflows, including payroll dates and W2 executions.
• Technical literacy regarding data validation and database backup implications.
• Proven ability to manage technical migration projects.
• Strong communication skills for formalizing agreements and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree.
