Description

You will manage cross-functional projects within a technical data environment, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Organize and launch working groups focused on Code Ocean implementation, metadata management, and data storage.
• Draft and maintain detailed timelines, objectives, and deliverables based on technical input.
• Develop and monitor risk registries, identifying critical dependencies across project streams.
• Facilitate working group meetings, tracking progress and documenting action items.
• Implement communication structures to ensure alignment and status reporting across teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing projects in life sciences data management or bioinformatics.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans using data management vocabulary.
• Familiarity with platform integration, ideally Code Ocean or similar systems.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts.
