Description

You will manage project execution across PDS&T, Franchise Organizations, and Third-Party Suppliers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global project teams for NPI program management, technical transfers, maintenance, and global launches.
• Develop realistic cross-functional implementation plans with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial.
• Maintain project budgets, timelines, and set milestones, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Provide management support and guide third-party organizations to achieve shared milestones.
• Implement process improvements to deliver quality products in a cost-effective and compliant manner.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of business experience, including operations support or quality at the plant level for medical products or devices.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within the medical device and pharmaceutical industry (or Combination products).
• Knowledge of good R&D practices and design control.
• Experience with supply chain, validations, capital and expense management, and commercial product launches.
• High competence with Microsoft Project.
• Ability to lead activities across different time zones.
• Compliance with EHS policy and procedures, including reporting incidents.
