You will lead end-to-end M&A integration processes across business units.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance by setting up the Integration Management Office (IMO) and defining tracking and reporting processes.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams, ensuring teams have the direction needed to integrate their respective areas.
• Create and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed, especially regarding day-one readiness.
• Identify and track synergies with finance and operations to realize deal value, such as cost savings.
• Monitor integration risks and track KPIs against deal assumptions, reporting status to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in M&A, specifically in post-merger integration.
• Exceptional program management skills to oversee complex workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, or related industrial sector.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from technical experts to C-suite executives.
• Strong strategic thinking balanced with detail-oriented execution.
• Financial acumen for budget management and synergy tracking.
• Problem-solving capability to anticipate risks and make timely decisions.
• Familiarity with operational technology like TMS, WMS, and telematics.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
