Description

Manage software development and system integration projects within an IT PMO environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and phase documentation, covering resource management, cost control, and test plans.
• Coordinate the collection and management of business requirements.
• Collaborate with development managers to define work scope, allocate resources, and set schedules.
• Execute governance controls including RACI cards, traceability matrices, and toll gate reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivering business value.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of project management experience within financial services or banking.
• Proven experience running both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Deep knowledge of software development and system integration initiatives.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of PMBOK frameworks, including budget and financial management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience communicating technical requirements to resource and application development managers.
• Ability to work under limited supervision to solve complex problems.
