Description

You manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects, defining requirements, milestones, and implementation phases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and key elements from assignment through implementation.
• Provide direction to development and testing Scrum teams to ensure delivery alignment.
• Design computer solutions in collaboration with analysts and developers.
• Support the management team with change management efforts and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technology or software development.
• Working knowledge (2+ years) of Java, UNIX, and SQL using Oracle DB.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Strong technical leadership ability to mentor the Application development team and guide design, development, and maintenance.
• Ability to articulate technical decisions with supporting research, including pros, cons, and recommendations.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills to collaborate with high-performing individuals and the Executive Leadership Team.
• Effective presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software development lifecycle management.
