You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles and requirement analysis within a commercial banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement analysis by collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams.
- Define and document current and target state system flows, interface field mapping, data lineage, and ETL specifications following SDLC standards.
- Lead project meetings and track action items to ensure milestone delivery with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with UAT Coordinators to manage test case execution and support troubleshooting for existing systems.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within banking operations.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in banking and financial services, specifically with commercial banking products and processes.
- 10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in banking or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Expertise in writing granular technical specifications for development teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, ETL, and banking systems including Core banking, ACH/Wire payment processing, risk management, and compliance.
- Proven ability to write specifications for report building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
