Description

Owns end-to-end project delivery by blending Agile leadership with rigorous project management practices. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams on collaboration and continuous delivery, and partners with Product Owners to align priorities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery by managing planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team velocity and transparency.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across project lifecycles.
• Coach teams on Agile values and facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies.
• Align project goals with Product Owners to ensure value delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles.
• Deep expertise in Agile Methodology and Scrum framework.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution.
• Strong experience collaborating with Product Owners.
• Skilled in risk management and dependency resolution.
• Ability to coach teams on continuous improvement.
• Any Graduate degree.
