Description

You will own the financial management, program delivery, and cross-functional coordination for large-scale IT programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, burn rate, and variance analysis.
• Manage vendor spend and ensure Statement of Work alignment with external partners.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across integrated project plans and parallel workstreams.
• Coordinate across apps teams, identity teams, vendor teams, and business stakeholders to resolve complex dependencies.
• Provide clear executive updates on status, financials, and risks to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Strong financial management background with proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and vendor tracking.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional IT programs with multiple teams and timelines.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and coordinate across diverse functional groups.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IAM, CIAM, or Security programs.
• Experience working with external vendors on SOW-based delivery.
• Agile or Scrum methodology experience.
