Description

You will manage complex program-level schedules and drive the delivery of technical objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and update program-level schedules using actuals and forecasts to manage deviations.
• Manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate unresolved issues daily.
• Coordinate complex planning activities and optimize human and material resource usage.
• Deliver weekly status reports and daily progress updates to business and technical teams.
• Provide leadership to workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of program-level schedule development and on-time delivery.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage technical, product, business, and vendor stakeholders.
• Experience managing 3rd-party partners and vendor teams.
• Strong skills in risk management, mitigation planning, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work independently to define technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• IAM/IGA implementation experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or EmpowerID.
• PMP certification or currently working toward certification.
• Local to the Cincinnati region.
