Description

Manage the full project lifecycle for embedded electronic product design, bridging the gap between onsite customers and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, estimate task effort, and drive all assigned tasks through stakeholder coordination.
• Translate customer requirements into technical tasks for offshore engineering teams.
• Supervise every project phase from inception to completion, acting as the primary customer contact.
• Review legacy conversions from OrCAD and PADS to Altium Designer, ensuring proper layer mapping and schematic cleanup.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry or a related field.
• Deep technical background in embedded electronic product design and system architecture.
• Proficiency in OrCAD, PADS, and Altium Designer.
• Hands-on experience with PCB layout, Gerber viewers, and schematic/assembly drawing validation.
• Knowledge of obsolescence management, PCN analysis, and life cycle management.
• Experience with analog, digital, controller/processor-based, and power circuit optimization.
• Ability to manage overseas teams and coordinate complex offshore delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with component conversion (thru-hole to surface mount) and derating guidelines.
• Any Graduate degree.
