Description

Owns end-to-end project delivery for Application Development initiatives, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Execute operational readiness, oversee staff assignments, and facilitate technical solution discussions with teams and end users.
• Track deliverable progress across business units to ensure cost, time, and quality goals are met.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, manage change documentation, and escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to ensure adherence to corporate standards and improve team performance.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in systems development or support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant coursework.
• Strong foundation in both Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Experience utilizing PPM and Agile tools for tracking progress and productivity.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, use independent judgment, and communicate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Masters Certificate in Project Management.
• Experience working within a SAFe environment.
