Description

Must have:

•          Drive & showcase level of effort to manage multiple initiatives at once, drive results across business teams and projects.

•          Expertise in agile, scrum, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

•          Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

•          Strong facilitation skills for steering committees, project reviews, and status reporting

•          Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, risks, and budgets

•          Experience leading cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and external partners

•          Proficiency with project management tools such as asana, Jira, Azure Devops, or Microsoft project

•          Experience with portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap development

•          Change management and organizational readiness experience
