You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, driving results across business teams and projects while overseeing dependencies, risks, and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive results across multiple initiatives using agile, scrum, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate steering committees, project reviews, and status reporting.
• Oversee portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap development.
• Execute change management and ensure organizational readiness for new initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
