Description

Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and migration projects from initiation through support engagements. Manage full lifecycle delivery, resource allocation, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client projects by managing implementation lifecycles and subsequent support phases.
• Own project management activities including tracking, reporting, and resource management.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate release schedules according to established project milestones.
• Collaborate with service delivery, cross-functional, and business teams in complex environments.

Required Skills

• Lead 1-2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials or Supply Chain implementations.
• Manage Oracle ERP projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
• 3 to 5 years of technical experience developing and delivering Oracle ERP/Cloud Financials or Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Proficiency in SDLC development projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration within Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules.
• Hands-on experience with Change Management.
• Expertise in project planning and resource management tools.
