Description

Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations for Financials and Supply Chain modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials or Supply Chain implementations as the primary Project Lead.
• Manage project budgets exceeding $5M, including planning, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures.
• Mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional and service delivery teams.
• Coordinate data migration, integration, change management, and release schedules against project milestones.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of technical experience delivering Oracle Cloud Financials or Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP projects with budgets over $5M.
• Proficiency in SDLC development using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Financials, and Change Management.
• Experience managing complex integrations and data migrations within Oracle environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional business teams in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
