Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP implementation projects.
• Conduct discovery sessions and needs analysis to define project requirements.
• Evaluate vendor delivery plans and recommend adjustments to ensure alignment.
• Identify operational risks and coordinate with stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
• Monitor change management requirements and escalate project challenges throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record managing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP projects.
• Experience overseeing large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to align on solutions and processes.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation within a project lifecycle.
• Strong capability in conducting discovery and business needs analysis.
• Degree in any graduate discipline.
