Project Manager – Oracle Cloud

You will lead the delivery of IT projects by managing scope, budgets, and technical implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, requirements, and scopes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and monitor progress against established baselines.
• Coordinate application design, vendor solutions, and software rollouts, including upgrades and conversions.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from discovery and design through testing and post-implementation support.
• Facilitate user education, training curriculum development, and ongoing application setup.
• Communicate project status and escalate deadline risks to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of project management experience leading projects exceeding $1 million.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing software rollouts, release testing, and data integrity.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP, OTM, WMS, or Demantra.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
