Description

You will lead Oracle EBS SCM engagements from business process consulting and problem definition through to solution design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and elicit requirements through fit-gap analysis and functional design for SCM processes including Order Management, Procurement, EDI, and AP/AR interfacing.
• Drive process design, harmonization, and standardization across multiple business units and geographies.
• Execute and support functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production cut-over, and post-production support.
• Guide technical teams on data mapping for integrations, data conversions, and the design of extensions and reports.
• Own quality deliverables, manage project scope, and track deliverables to closure using defect tracking and ALM tools.
• Oversee project planning, tracking, and risk management in coordination with the PMO.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of relevant IT experience in Oracle Supply Chain projects including support and development.
• Minimum of 3 Oracle ERP implementation projects completed as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Proven track record of delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications.
• Experience managing onsite-offshore communication and work management.
• Strong knowledge of European localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, and weekly status reviews with management teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Certification and hands-on experience in Oracle EBS SCM and MFG.
• PL/SQL knowledge and familiarity with Supply Chain tables.
• Knowledge of Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (such as Panaaya or JIRA), and performance testing tools.
