Description

Lead Oracle ERP implementations and establish project management processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Drive Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion projects through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Define and implement project management processes and business requirements as a change agent.
• Perform dual roles across project management and business analysis to fill process gaps.
• Manage project workflows and documentation proactively to ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of leading at least two full Oracle implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion projects.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Finance modules.
• Ability to work in an environment without an established PMO.
• Strong consultative approach to defining business requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Asana for project tracking.
• International project experience, specifically within China.
