Description

Manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion with a focus on Finance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure scope and schedule alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure accountability.
• Oversee the creation and update of key deliverables requiring Finance team sign-off.
• Identify and mitigate program risks by maintaining a regular risk register.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a project manager within IT programs.
• Extensive background with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion or Oracle Finance EBS.
• Proficiency using JIRA for project tracking.
• Deep understanding of Finance business processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
