Description

You will manage software delivery using agile and waterfall hybrid methodologies in Overland Park, KS.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution by planning, scheduling, estimating, and coordinating all project phases.
• Manage project risks and issues by defining proactive mitigation efforts.
• Track and report all milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate downstream impacts of issues and escalate risks to key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Direct experience managing the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including running Scrum and sprint planning.
• Advanced use of JIRA for project tracking.
• Experience with capacity management and dependency tracking.
• Ownership of timeline creation and weekly executive status reporting.
• Budget management experience.
• Experience managing matrixed projects, retail promotions, or external partnerships.
• Familiarity with Java, DevOps, SAP, or Dotnet environments.

Preferred Skills

• Represent PMO expectations and standards within the project team.
