Description

You will lead end-to-end program and project delivery within the payments and digital systems space.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, including scoping, scheduling, and resource management.
• Direct a team of 5 to 6 project managers through mentorship and guidance.
• Own project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication across business and technical organizations.
• Oversee cost, procurement, and integration management to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage complex client relationships across technical and business units.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in project or program delivery management.
• Deep domain expertise in Payment Gateways, Mobile Payments, Digital Systems, or the BFSI sector.
• Proven experience working within the Cards or Digital Payments industry.
• PMP certification or an equivalent formal project management education.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale organizational environments handling high-volume digital payment flows.
