Description

You manage project scope, quality standards, and risk assessment throughout the lifecycle. You structure performance databases for digital and experiential channels, assign resources, and report outcomes to management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, quality, and risk during the project lifecycle.
• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, and broadcast projects.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and researchers.
• Report project outcomes and risks to management channels, escalating issues as necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and MS Office.
• Experience developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
• Experience coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities.
