Description

Lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, engineering leaders, and Agile teams.
• Deliver SAFe training and facilitate PI Planning and portfolio-level planning workshops.
• Guide product management and Lean Portfolio Management transformations.
• Track Agile metrics, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Influence organizational change across departments and leadership levels.

Required Skills

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level Agile transformations.
• Proven experience coaching teams and senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in SAFe framework implementation.
• Experience working with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Expertise in Agile practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile metrics and DevOps practices.
• Background in large-scale program delivery.
