Description

Lead custom application development projects through the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

Manage project direction, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and procurement for single or multiple simultaneous projects.

Drive digital cloud transformation initiatives, moving workloads from on-premises to cloud environments.

Provide technical leadership in designing, coding, and validating technical solutions.

Mentor engineers with a focus on automation, cloud, and DevOps engineering techniques.

Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to facilitate rapid decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Lead cloud transformation efforts, migrating on-premises workloads to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Apply Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks to drive delivery.
• Mentor engineering teams on automation and DevOps best practices.
• Identify project risks and manage change control requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager leading custom application development.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
• Technical familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills across organizational levels.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Agile methodologies such as ScrumMaster or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
