Description

You will manage procedural, infrastructure, and software development projects from planning through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to ensure they meet all technical specifications.
• Staff project teams by identifying and utilizing appropriate skill levels.
• Mentor team members and provide professional development opportunities.
• Manage project baselines and implement formal change control processes.
• Coordinate project activities involving third-party vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Professional, Project Web Access, and Project Server.
• Working knowledge of PMBOK principles.
• Experience with baseline management and change control.
• Ability to apply the Project Management Institute (PMI) Body of Knowledge.
• Proven track record of managing projects with vendor activities.

Preferred Skills

• PMI membership or PMI certification.
