Description

You will manage the lifecycle of product and operations initiatives within the Operations Support team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact analysis to ensure initiative alignment with business objectives.
• Develop end-to-end process flows using the ADONIS tool.
• Gather requirements from Product, Operations, and Divisional stakeholders to produce System Requirement Documents (SRDs).
• Collaborate with development teams to communicate requirements and contribute to Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Review epic, user story, and QA test case quality to ensure they meet business needs and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Proficiency in developing E2E process flows with ADONIS.
• Ability to document requirements and create system and solution design documents.
• Experience reviewing epics, user stories, QA test cases, and E2E test results.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Orion (CB Systems).
• Experience using Bedrock for dashboards and communications.
