Job Responsibilities include:
Create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API guides, and user documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to document systems, workflows, and ADRs.
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Manage project timelines, scope, and risks while facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication.
Ensure documentation quality, governance compliance, and continuous improvement of processes and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or technical project management.
Strong expertise in creating technical documentation (APIs, architecture, ADRs) using tools like Confluence, Markdown, and GitHub, with solid understanding of SDLC and cloud-native systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive Agile delivery using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
