Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential and commercial land development projects.
• Perform and coordinate engineering design tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license within the state.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in land development.
• Working knowledge of CAD software.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
