You will manage the full lifecycle of ITD initiatives within a healthcare provider domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own all project phases including planning, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and operational turnover.
• Manage assigned budgets and resources, providing cost estimates and monitoring expenditures to ensure financial integrity.
• Prepare reports and documentation to identify business and patient trends, defining metrics and recommending solutions.
• Drive departmental collaboration to meet operational and strategic goals.
• Handle issue escalation, problem resolution, and conflict management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong background in delivering PACS and Radiology related projects.
• Experience with Radiology and/or Cardiology PACS implementations.
• Experience deploying Merge's Radiology and Cardiology PACS and hemodynamic systems.
• 5+ years of functional understanding of hospital, clinic, and billing operations.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.
• Expertise in project planning, metrics, reporting, and communications.
• Proven ability in issue escalation and conflict management.
